Need help getting off Ativan and prosum

Help!

 

I'm on 0.5 mg of ativan and 1.0 mg of prosom.  Need to get off both.

started with 1.5 mg of Ativan - last five are really hard to leave behind.

 

Prosom is making me pee more and its very inconvenient:- (

Welcome to BenzoBuddies.

 

We'll be glad to support you in your taper off of Ativan and ProSom, (estazolam).  They are both benzodiazepines, although estazolam is a rare benzo we see here, perhaps some of our members can give you some input.  The very best piece of advice I received when I arrived here tapering Xanax was to taper slowly and listen to my body and not over taper. You can do this and our members will be glad to support you.  I wish you well with the rest of your taper.
