tips for sleeping while feeling sick

feel lousy since yesterday bad headache, cold, soar throat.  no temperature though.  slept much worse than usual last night.  what tips do you guys have?

I take NyQuil when I have a cold.  It's even been good for my sleep.

Yeah, I was just wondering this same thing today, as I started coming down with a cold last night, for the 1st time since I started the benzos and tapering. So is it safe to take NyQuil or similar night-time cold medicine while still tapering? I'm kind of scared to try it.

NyQuil should be just fine as long as you don't have some sort of medical condition that would otherwise cause you not to take it.
