I know there was a question about this place in an earlier thread. I spoke with an intake person there who explained that other meds like naltrexone were sometimes used to offset w/d sxs but that doesn't make sense to me. He explained the taper at my dose would take at least a month, which is actually shorter than I would plan.

 

Anyone with any experience at this place or in getting professional help with tapering off, and with addiction treatment related to it?

 

Sometimes I think I should try to get into an addiction treatment center to deal with the taper more carefully. One place rejected me since I had been using my prescription "as directed." So maddening.
