Sleep and dreams

Does anyone have any experience with remembering or not remembering their dreams?  I have had 3 or 4 different dreams (not nightmares) each night that would wake me. Before this, I would wake up but not remember the dreams. 

 

About 3 years ago, I slept normally then started to have the multiple dreams, then eventually I would just wake and not remember.  This took me to a couple days ago.  Is this a reverse pattern I am having?

I did not remember many of my dreams when I took klonopin/Ativan.  I started remembering them after I jumped.  I had some really bizarre dreams at first, but they settled down into normal bizarre dreams.
