Hi Everyone,

I have been following your posts for about 9 months now.  I have decided to join and make it official.  I stopped taking Xanax cold turkey after 5 months of taking .25 .  I have suffered almost every symptom at some point during my withdrawal!  Looking forward to be being able to participate in your discussions as I approach my 11 month anniversary free of Xanax!

Congrats on being benzodiazepine free for 11 months. I am right behind you at 10. I am so happy you decided to join us after check us out for so long.
