I've been on xanax for about 18 months and looking to come off.  Using it for anxiety and mild depression.  Loooking to use this forum to see what others have experienced.  Thank you.

Welcome to the forum, we're glad you found us!  We generally recommend a taper rate of about 5-10% every 10-14 days.  Here are a few links you'll find useful:

Hi rockout,

Benzos are serious buisness and meant for short term use. Good idea to taper

off this crap and find another solution to your problem.
