Been off K for 6 months. In wave most of the time. No clear windows, just days that aren't as bad as others.

Hello GG! Sorry you are still having a rough time. I was still a wreck at 6 months, not much better than 3 months. Around 8-10 months started to feel a bit of progress. Could exercise again finally around 12-13 months. Your progress sounds steady, things will continue to improve. I have only been able to judge my progress by what I am capable of doing, not by how I am feeling as that changes often. Hope you are through the worst of it and turning a corner soon!

Hi,

I was 6 months out last weekend and was okish, I managed to do more housework than normal, did my shopping, laundry etc. Dont get me wrong it was not easy. Wednesday I felt better, I even said to my daughter that I felt better as if I was getting through it. Bang! the last couple of days feel worse than ever. No energy, aches and pains, head pressure is horrific. Feel so low. Just hung out my washing and it was such a chore, did it in a daze. It makes you feel like you are damaged beyond repair or that you are heading for rock bottom again. I keep telling myself that if I could feel good a few days ago then I will again and that this is just a wave probably brought on by a poor tolerance to stress. IT WILL PASS.

Even though I don't want to do anything I am going to get a shower and probably cry. This is so hard  :'(
