How to convince my husband it is still withdrawal

Hi, I am a short term user of K (2 months +3 month taper) and I have been off for 14 months. I am in a wave now with increased anxiety and insomnia. My husband cannot believe it is still withdrawal.

Can anybody suggest any good reading I could show him to convince him? i feel silly trying to explain that you can suffer for so long after a short term use. It even sounds silly to myself...

Thank you!

Hi Peace

I used for the same Lenght of time as you and I'm 22 months off, tell him come on here and talk to us if he don't believe you and if he refuses then put him on for (3 weeks use should do it) and then take him off, then I would like to see him doubt you ever again !!!

Aside from the Ashton manual you might want to see if he will read one of the recent articles that were published in mainstream newspapers. Both articles are well written and come from reputable publications. If these don't help convince someone, I'm not sure anything will.
