VNG/ENG test for dizziness, could be serious? Need help please!

Hi everyone. I tried asking this questions in another post but not many people people answered so I will make it short this time. Did anyone see ENT and had VNG/ENG test done for continiuos dizziness? I had it done few month ago but only got results yestarday and I dont like what I have been told.

She said its not peripharal inner ear problem, its something in the central nervous system. She said I need to see neurologist. So, ofcourse I looked it up online and and it says that cantral pathology on VNG test could indicate stroke, TIAs (ischimic mini strokes that can lead to stroke), MS, or tumors. She said its not an emergancy but need to see neuro. So how are these things are not an emergancy. Stroke is not an emergancy? I am going crazy here. Plus I am almost 3 month pregnant and this stress is so not good for me :(. Neuro app is in 1.5 month.

Can anyone help me understand what this test result mean. Does it mean if it showed positive for central pathology I could definetly have any of those things? I am shocked that doctors give such news and just send you off. Ohh and i have been experiencing dizziness almost everyday thru out the day for like over 1.5 years.

Thanks everyone.
