Shortness of breath/achenes right below sternum??

Hey there I recently have gotten a new symptom of SOB i get it alot when i am talking go up steps. I also get a achy fullness discomfort right below my sternum. I have had the discomfort before but not the SOB. I am overweight i am 5'4 and weight 185 i am 43. My diet sucks i barley eat and when i do it is iced coffee,cupcakes,cereal i do some times eat meals but not to often.

 

The other prob is my bowels they are a screwed up mess!! and have been for the past 7-8 months. I have held at .75 mg xanax for sometime and just started a new cut yesterday. So not sure what is going on.

 

Any suggestions would be great
