mouth chewing?

This is getting annoying! I noticed the inside of my mouth is staying jacked up. Normally, I would chew on the inside of my mouth as a nervous habit. Now, I just cant stop doing it. Im not even nervous but I find myself doing it. I keep gum around but still. Its so stupid and I can't stop it. Its highly annoying. Hopefully, im not the only one....

A lot of people develop little nervous habits, but causing that kind of continual inflammation cannot be a good thing for your mouth.  I know that it's difficult to stop doing something, so please find something else to do.  You'll have to be deliberate about this.

Thanks. Ive been in my mind the past few days....Thank God! Its so gross to know Ive been doing this when I am hazy. Im really wondering one thing though..... People here talk about windows. If Ive mostly been in my mind and not hazy for a few days, would that be a window or do you guys think I could be past the most intense part? Its been since the beginning of June so I am really hoping I can stay clear headed at least. Ill deal with everything else. God I really hope I can stay clear

Oh nevermind. I am clear headed but I hallucinated last night for a few minutes.Its been a long time since June. I was hoping this was done. Is this normal? I want so much for this to be done. It doesn't help that I am impatient normally.
