What makes you think it's still Benzo w/d?

I'm into month 16 and freaked out that my anxiety is still so constant.  Since I pretty much diagnosed myself,  how do I know this is, and always was, w/d?  My family doc definitely believed it in the beginning.  I saw him 3 days after I jumped and I had tremoring hands, tachycardia, anxiety, sweating, high bp, insomnia, diarrhea, inner trembling.  Haven't seen him in a while.  I don't knw what he would say at this point. He's not an expert on w/d...wish I had a real doc in my life that could reassure me!!

 

I was sooooo hoping I'd be well by now, but I'm not. 

 

So, how do I know??  I'm thinking inner trembling which I still have too,  must be unique to Benzo w/d, so it all must still be w/d.  Am I right to assume this?

 

I go to Ian singletons video describing his personal experience with w/d and he said his cripplling anxiety finally lessened at 18 months.  I cling to his story in hopesthat mine might Unfold as his did and that my horrible anxiety will lessen too.  God help me if it continues beyond 18 months.

 

I'm not anxious about anything at all.  It's just there constantly, worse in the morning than at night.  It keeps me from living a full life. I can hardly do anything!!!

 

I'm SOOO scared.  Can someone please reassure me??

What makes me think its still benzo withdrawl?

 

Because I didnt have ANY of these bizzare fucked up sxs prior to coming off this poison.

 

If you didnt have these crippling sxs before coming off this poison then its not you!! The duration of this slooow healing messes with omes mind...... I know, it sometimes messes with me. However, I just remember that I didnt have these life altering sxs prior to coming off the drug. Its NOT you , its not me, its the damn drug.

Anxiety is not and has never really been a major symptom for me and I'm sure if someone has serious pre existing anxiety issues it might make it harder to discern symptoms. For me by far the biggest problem is cognitive issues, especially anterograde amnesia. This is 180 degrees opposite of who I was before this mess began so there is no doubt in my mind what its is. I also have a handful of other symptoms that are clearly benzo related (sleep disturbances, intense dreams/nightsweats, agitation and mood swings, DR/DP etc) and all of these are pretty easy to pin on the benzo as well.
