Do you recommend a certain laptop, or tablet, or TV? Anything I could buy to help?

 

Also, what does it feel like to be in your body and mind at this very moment?

Try all of the above you mentioned and anything that you can do to take your mind off of how you are feeling.....I had the s/x you mention and I know it is hard....positive self talk is important also...
