I used ativan .5mg twice a day for 2 and a half weeks, for a few days twords the end I only used half of the .5mg twice a day then jumped. Two days later I took another half tablet cuz I got scared of severe withdrawals after loosing a nights sleep and my heart racing.Please help?

You were on for a very short time, you have probably escaped from a harsh wd. If u had anxiety prior to the med, i would think it could be just that. Give it some time though.

Now my heart is no longer racing, but I feel what I can describe as internal body vibrations. I called the dr and basically they think I'm crazy and was not on these meds long enough. ANY IDEAS?
