How about those antidepressants?

At least in my country in Scandinavia there is a big discussion going on about antidepressants. Many people critical how they are really hard to quit. Symptoms are a lot like those with benzos. If you check the website surviving antidepressants you're get even more puzzled. It looks as if it were in BB. I mean what people say, not the inlay.

 

I think sometimes we are too isolated here. There are a lot of people there as well as here who use/have used both antidepressants and benzod at the same time.

 

What do you think, are you more than in a halfway if you have tapered (and withdrawn) only one but not another? When Ashton was running her clinic the ssris were not there yet. Should this topic be updated?
