There are times we have to set down the physical and emotional load...to rethink, rearrange, to move on...

 

Today, as my parcels fell, I felt a sense of

calm as I rearranged them.  Sitting down in the midst of

all that I was clinging to, I became distracted by a passerby

who smiled while propelling herself in her wheelchair.  Her smile

disarmed me, and suddenly my packages were lighter as

I put them back in place and continued on my journey.

This is so beautiful, Ins. The past does not seem to matter to me now. What is done is done, what went wrong, went wrong. So be it. Only the present and the future matter now. This may be a sign of my age, my stage in life. Not sure. I look forward only with hope. I laughed today - life can only get better. It surely can't get any worse, well I suppose it could but I hope not, not yet anyway!! We only have to look around at the terrible events in this world and be thankful for all that we have.

 

Today is World Toilet Day. One third of the world's population does not have one. Let us be thankful for our toilets.
