Pressure in the head and nosebleeds?

Does anyone get an experience of pressure in the head? It's mainly at the back by the base of the skull and sometimes in the temples. It started about 2 weeks ago and I'm not sure if it's withdrawal or related to my migraines or something else. I don't get it all of the time and it does get easier, even almost going away, in the evenings after I take my dose, which suggests withdrawal. I'm seeing the doctor today and wondering if I should mention it.

 

Another thing, has anyone found they get nosebleeds? I have had them occasionally for 2 years but I got a really bad one 3 weeks ago and had to go to the emergency although it did stop on it's own when I got there. Probably nothing to do with withdrawal but I thought I'd ask if anyone else had experienced them.
