In a Wave...weird new symptom

Ugh I am pretty unhappy. I'm in a wave for about 4 days now. I'm having this new symtoms  where I feel like something is crawling on my skin. Then my skin itches like crazy only at night...my arms, back, legs and tops of feet. This happened to me towards the end of my taper for  a week. This only happens at night, it's the most annoying thing and I feel anxious during the itching spells..anyone deal with this ?? I have no rash but I have scratched myself. It's driving me crazy.

I had itching after I jumped off. Mine seemed to be internal, there was no way to scratch it.  I chalked it up to my nervous system being in hyperdrive and reacting to not having the "calming" medicine. It did go away.

I had this too for the first time a couple of months ago, it lasted for about 2 weeks and then seemed to gradually dissipate
