Hello all,

that was just nasty; but with support from BB members i got through it because I heard of others getting through it.

For some, like me, it was Hell. A good spouse and determination went a long way, as did BB and finding some co-existing medical problems and fixing them.

I have been meds free except for aspirin! & the rare medical weed to help with sleep, and my life is great.

exercise has restored me too.

slowly but surely all that horror is gone.

So hang in there; yes it can be rotten; Yes, it does end.

Yes, life can be terrific again.

Your new life sounds amazing Reg

Did it take a full 2 years to fully recover? Where you bad right to the end or did it fade away slowly up to the 2 year mark?

I'm praying like Morreweg that 2 years will set us free from this hell as we have now both been residing here way too long.. Wish Satan would kick us out but for now he seems determined to keep us suffering... If the DP DR, Head Pressure and Boaty Dizziness would go it would make a great start!

Would love to hear more on how you made it out of hell and what the transition back in to reality was like for you, I know you say life is great now but would love to hear how it was just as you left hell behind and reached the promised land??

Best Wishes

Having a rough few days & needed to hear this! Thank you & I'm so happy for you! I too am restarting to address some pre existing medical things. I was a little scared too at first after meeting with my doc this week, this message is very encouraging because you went through w/d hell and addressed medical problems and now you're happy!
