Migraine meds? Help,,,

I've been having migraines and would like to get something to help me when they hit.  What drugs do not interfere with gaba/benzo recovery?  Thanks

I was getting terrible headaches/Migraines and took just paracetamol for a few days.

 

Other buddies said to me it would be fine to take paracetamol.

I was able to cut the acetaminophen out of the picture eight times out of ten by taking a high dose of magnesium glycinate- they mention the upper limit around 400-450mg, and I would tip that to 500 for more effectiveness. Did not mix the two, however.

Tylenol didn't help and with the mag I prrsonally had a terrible reaction;(.  Thank you for the suggestions though.

beta blockers can help. I had severe migraines as a result of withdrawal. It was so painful. I started taking a high dose of propananol everyday and have not had one since.
