I tapered from lorazepam over an 8-month period, and am currently 14 weeks with no benzos, but am still experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms.  I'm not a good keyboarder.  Is there a way to set up a telephone meeting?

I am sorry you are feeling so badly. I know firsthand how horrible withdraw can be . I went through one myself. We are a online support forum only. We have some members who are at your keyboarding level and they do fine. Let us know how we can support you.
