Hey all, today I finally broke down and cried most of the day. I have more on my plate than I can handle and have been holding it all in so needless to say it came out with a vengeance. I try not to cry because my palpitations get worse. Way worse. Like noticeable every few minutes worse. Does this happen to anyone else?
