I've trying so hard today to other things to keep myself alive.  Exercise, breathing exercises, therapy.  I took benzos once today I'm trying my hardest not to take them again.

Not strong enough.  I'm taking more benzos.  Damit.  I feel so guilty.  I'm wondering if I'm having a bad reaction to 1 of my meds cuz I never felt like this b4.

You're doing the best you can for now. Try not to feel guilty. Stay safe and stay alive first and foremost. You'll get this all sorted out when things calm back down. Do your best to relax and rest. I'm pulling for you man!  :thumbsup:

I don't know your symptoms but you could be having a paradoxical reaction, where the drug is making you feel just the opposite of how it should. How are you feeling?
