Dizzy like I'm gonna faint , standing up after sitting?

I have to get up slowly, and if I look up in the sky, wow...really dizzy. My Dr says my brain is healing and it's all very normal even though I hate it....peace to you...Diane :smitten:

Yup it's come back this week with a vengeance. Monday was bad then Tuesday was better and then bad again on Wednesday. I'm slightly better today but can feel the pressure in my temple. And it's making me feel very dizzy. I have to be careful not to move to quick or it feels like I'm going to fall over. It's like when you were a kid and you use to spin yourself around until you fell on the floor. I sure hope it's a sign of healing.

It's gotten better, but I still get a little light-headed when I stand up.  It usually passes in just a few seconds, but sometimes I feel the need to steady myself for those few seconds.

Google "POTS syndrome". Many people in benzo w/d have gotten this.

Yes. & don't dare look up! Must keep eyes focused on the floor. & if your leg muscles develop a cramp, sit back down asap!!

I always wondered whats hell pots was, I have seen that a lot. That makes me feel better because I've seen that a ton on here

Yep, it sucks! To be fair, I had it before benzos. Drinking a lot of water and getting up very slowly helps.
