Read this over and over daily.  Reminding yourself that this will ALL eventually pass over. "Difficulty (benzo W/D) is NOT permanent."  We WILL recover!

What a great quote! Thanks for posting this. I think we all need a reminder now and again that this is temporary, and wont last forever.

YES. Very much better! Its quite amazing, how far Ive come. Oh, I still have some symptoms but they are really so minor comparatively. I really believe in the power of the human body to heal itself.

I'm so jealous!!! I won't be benzo free for another 5 months at least.  Then when I'm done with that I have to wait 6 months and then taper 1,050mg of gabapentin and then trazodone and then Effexor XR. It's going to be 5 years before I'm med free. Feels like a lifetime away.

I'm sure the gabapentin, trazodone and effexor will feel like a piece of cake after the benzo cutting!  Could be sooner than you think.  :)

I hope you're right my friend. Although gabapentin is supposed to be Similar to benzo WD. HOWEVER I have only been on gaba about 15 months. I've been on benzos 11yrs. Effexor will be hell I hear.
