Excellent! I have no experience or information that shows that it helps, but it helps keep my spirits up for the fight if I'm dong these things I don't want to do, but used to enjoy.

I still do my Friday night scotch and cigar group. The scotch and cigars are good, but the conversation is exhaustingg since everybody there is more educated than I am and the topics we discuss are quite complex. I am expected to participate so the preparation and actual conversation are exhausting and leave me feeling pretty beat up and ready for bed.

I took on two freelance Public Relations clients in the last three weeks. I am interacting with a number of people who are high level business executives. Their status doesn't worry me so much since I've worked with presidential canddiates, U.S. Senators, and mayors of major cities. What is exhausting is having to be perfect in all that I do with them.

The work is no harder than it used to be and I still have those skills and instincts. What is tough is summoning the energy to do the tasks.

I've also resumed my participation in my book club and writing my book review blog for the club. It's tiring work.

All of these tasks are tasks that I used to do without a worry because it all came naturally to me. Not being able to trust my brain, I second guess myself alot. But I have to do them or the pill wins.Through this struggle, I will not let the medication best me. I've rested for awhile and now am determined to do the things I do because I can't spend my life being something I'm not which is a passive human being.
