hi everyone, most of you may know me or see me  as being a clown/ delinquent here on BB, im here to announce that its been 1 week since my last xanax dose ! i quit taking  0.0625mg a day after taking that dose size like almost a year!. Feeling depressed a week ago is what made me quit taking xanax i was like " i dont care what happens to me, im just going to quit taking these " I activated with physical chores alot that felt like exercise ! and i drank alot of water this helped me alot with bad  withdrawals i had the first 3 days . i never told my family i quit taking meds i did not want to worry them i told a few friends of mine that i did. i wrote a "goodbye" letter i keep in my pocket in case if something bad happens to me , i dont think i'll need it i think its not possible to die from quitting 0.0625 mg xanax   ive slept alright usually 6-8 hours a day total i often take a 2 hour nappy during the day since i wake up in the wee hours of the morning

well i would still like to spend some time here even after quitting xanax bye,

katie

Katie, this is a big step to post on Benzo Free Celebrations!  ;D  I believe it means you're really intending to remain FREE this time and I applaud you for this.

How about a Ticker to count up your Progress now so that you can watch the Ticker count up the months and years you're free.  I believe a Ticker might be a great incentive for you to STAY FREE.

Well done, (((Katie)))!!!
