I just finished my crossover to 30 MG Diazepam form 3 MG Ativan. My sleep has not not been as good as with the Ativan but I feel better overall. I do not feel the withdrawal that I felt with the Ativan. Tomorrow, I start my taper to 28MG Diazepam. I did the crossover in 6 weeks like the Ashton manual.
