Starting to taper from .75 K how and when to switch to Valium?

Since I've been having tolerance withdrawal symptoms all summer from refusing to up my dose I figure I should just start my own slow taper. Pdoc not knowledgable. How and when do I switch to Valium or is it too late? Please advise. Thank you!

It's not too late. You would be on the equivalent of 15 mg of Valium. Drop .25 mg of K, and add 5 mg of Valium. The next week or 10 days drop .25 mg of K, and add 5 mg of V. Follow this pattern and your next C/O will be finished.
