What does it mean to be in acute w/d?

It's when after you take your last dose, you develop severe withdrawal symptoms. Meaning they are "acute" in their severity.

No J....acute is a phase that comes after you jump like BG stated.

You know... I think I've always misunderstood this then.

Because when I was in BAD tolerance withdrawal and I was losing my mind, I called it acute.

Because most here did. Saying it was an acute phase.

I've been calling it that ever since...

 

Not everyone gets acute phase after jumping though...
