2 days ago: Repeated nocturnal panic attacks, tremors, and chest pain

Yesterday: Lethargy, numbness, cog fog

Today: Severe acid indigestion

 

Really benzos... really?

Yes really benzos.

 

There are so many different withdrawal symptoms and each of us will have different experiences with them. Some people get mostly mental stuff, others mostly physical and for other, both.

 

The one thing you can count on is that this is temporary and will ease up with time.  Acceptance and distraction were keys to tolerating the symptoms I had.

 

Hang in there, it will get better, much better.
