Is there anything I can do for excessive sweating/oily skin/body heat?

I've been taking 2-3 showers per day just to cool down my body temperature, get rid of the excessive oil & sweat.  I leave my hair wet and have the fan on me at all times and I'm still cooking up!

I don't know if I can do anything for this but I figured I would ask.  I read a low dose of Tylenol could bring down core temperature but I don't know if that is true.

Do you actually have a temperature in excess of 38C/100F?  If not, I wouldn't advise tinkering with your core temperature.

Sweats are pretty common.  I had them for 2-3 months, and I'm not normally a sweaty guy.  Given where you live, you should see cooler temperatures soon which may help somewhat with your comfort.

Talc will absorb sweat (my wife uses it between showers when we camp or in humid places).  Loose fitting clothing is usually more comfortable than tight-fitting clothing.

Hi, you can look up "cooling foods" online. (melon, cucumber, lemon, etc.). I make juice with cooling foods because I have a terrible time with heat sensitivity. You can also do a search on "warning foods" - garlic for example. I don't eat any of the warming foods or foods that induce sweating. This helped me during the heat and humidity this past summer. Keep a cool, damp washcloth on the back of your neck.  8)
