Question about symptom

I am having the worst lightheadedness ... It's hard to describe but I feel like at any time I will just collapse it happens several times a day  ... I had a EKG a few weeks ago  so I don't think it's my heart I also had a chest X-ray ... It happens every single day it's so annoying .. Is it normal to feel so lightheaded and is there anything I can do. It's got my anxiety of overdrive.

If you have or had it how does your feel ...

Thanks for any replies  in advance  HAPPY HEALING

Do you think it's a kind of brain zap. I have like an odd jerk in my foot accompanied by a sinking feeling. I call it a jerk but could it be the same kind of thing?

Yes, this is normal for some of us during acute withdrawal. I had it a lot.  Make sure you're eating enough, and I also suggest doing whatever "grounding" exercises that help--being out in nature, laying on the lawn, leaning against a counter or a wall (anything solid) - these all helped me through it.  Unfortunately, lightheadedness is often made worse by anxiety, so do anything you can (distraction, meditation etc. ) to calm yourself.  It's temporary, and it will pass.

Guess it's kind of a relief to know its NORMAL. But it's very annoying and  all I can do is cry and try to distract
