I don't know what is causing this!

Hey.. I am on 2MG of alprazolam and ever since I was brought the attention that you could have withdrawal like symptoms on the drug I bummed out. I have been on bars for almost a year now (went to bars from 1mg tabs) and have been on clonazepam & many other benzos before settling on bars...Am I just experiencing withdrawal symptoms from switching from benzo to benzo over the past 4 years? I have pretty lame balance/painful migraines/black out from getting up quickly and start shaking (hoping that is not some type of seizure)/mood swings/constant thoughts/and somedays my eyes feel like they are twitching and bug-like/when Homer Simpson strangles Bart and the face he makes...*NOTE* THIS IS NOT EVERY SECOND OF THE DAY*does anyone else have this problem or anything similar happening? Any feedback relating symptoms from switching benzos over the years and currently on xanax bars would be amazing...and alternatives much appreciated. This is so crazy thinking it could take over a YEAR to feel back to whatever 'normal' is.
