I'm 18 months out and these past 6 months been insane I've done everything from have delirium to panic attacks to emotional trauma

Mainly from a relationship break up but my oh my I was always one who could take these well post benzos

I really feel like I have no control

It's so weird I dono if I have cig fog or just am brain mush like my brain feels like a dry but emotional numb

It's mainly in between my eye brows behind my skull and the top of my forehead in the middle

The pressure is like a knot it feels like my brain is split and I can't think straight .. This really is un real

I was doing ok

Than this crap again

Meditation and mindfullness have been helping some what but even that makes me

A big blah of mush

Feel like I'll never be able to look in a mirror and suck it up or have control over myself

My mind use to be so intact and so technical

I use to have an on and off switch for my confidence

Now I feel like when I try to suck it up and tell my self something positive I start getting dizzy and these mini twitches

I believe you will get through this. What helps me with cog fog, simple enough, is water. I was going for days without drinking water for some reason. And dehydration lowers mood and mimics depression which is definitely something benzo recoverees want to avoid.
