Trouble with fine motor control

Does anyone have trouble with this?

 

I just tried to do my nails and my hand shake and feel weak and uncoordinated.

 

Well actually my whole body feels this way.

 

Does anyone else have this issue?

Shakiness is very common, and it no doubt makes you feel very uncoordinated when doing simple things like typing.  It will get better.

Thanks bad hope that you are right . I feel like I have ALS or something it's scaring the crap out of me. Does anyone also get strange pulling, twisting and happy or very strange sensation throughout their entire body.

 

It's kind of like the sensation youwould get like the heaviness in the chest but that's throughout the entire body with feelings  of pulling in the whole body as if the nervous system feels like it's just firing all the signals wrong to all the different body parts.

 

I also get the same sensations in my head as if my face is pulling to one side or my neck is pulling to one side or my head  feels pressured and heavy in one side of my head sometimes . it feels like my fore head is pulling up And my eyes twitch .

 

Also can sometimes people have the sensation that they are going paralyzed or the body and all the muscles can't move properly.

I also find the left side of my body is far worse then my right. Do others find one side of the body is worse then the other?

Ruby i shake so bad i cant write my name, cut my finger nails easily, hold a cup, spoon, fork etc...

I do Rubby.  Heaviness of the muscles on the leg, stifness of the legs, twitching fingers and eyelids...  I will write down tomorrow.  Good night!

My hands shake and I drop everything. The only thing I can do is move very slowly and really pay attention to what I am trying to do. I also had to accept this way of doing things and not get sad or frustrated about it as that just made me depressed. Some members have said that eating protein as soon as you wake up can help (I get up and make a blender drink right away).
