12-6 Anxiety Rollercoaster!!

I wake up calm and decently happy. Then around noon I start to get sad and have a pity party. Then that evolves into anger about the mess I'm in. Then more tears cause I feel bad for getting angry. Then that turns into anxiety for some reason. Around 7 PM I start to calm down and by 9 PM I'm out like a light. Rinse and repeat!

I experienced almost exactly what you're going through in the early months, only mine started around about 4pm and ended at 11pm. It will get better, these bad rollercoaster days will be over soon and you'll soon get whole days where you are feeling alright, not perfect but not crippling anxiety

Good to know I'm not the only one! My has rotated through the day. Some parts of the month it's from the minute I wake up till 1 or 2 then some days it's good morning horrible afternoon into evening. Then other days it's good all day and worse evening. This has been going on for months. I'm stuck in the cycle!

I would like to report that my 12-6 rollercoaster is now a 1-4 rollercoaster.
