Can you have withdrawal symptoms while continuously taking a low dose?

It sounds like you may be in a tolerance withdrawal, where the dose that once worked no longer has the same effect as it did before. I know firsthand how miserable a tolerance withdrawal can be. Many of us here do. You may want to consider getting off benzodiazepines.
