Need equivalent of 1mg Klonopin to amount of Valium to cross over to

A friend of mine who is about out of Klonopin wants to jump over to Valium to taper off of.  Does anyone know the equivalency of 1mg Klonopin to how many mg of Valium?

Different sources give different equivalencies but we generally use Prof Ashton's: 1mg Klonopin = 20mg Valium.
