Withdrawal symptoms after direct taper from T to V

Been a bit weak with pins and needles, fear, anxiety and muscle soreness with GI issues. What do u do to work through this other than distraction, exercise and sleep (yeah right)?

Want to be able to function, be less irritable around my son and move forward today.

Went from 3.5/3.75 mg Temazapam direct crossover to Valium 2.5 mg (an Updose) to offset some of the wd's.  Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thx.
