when will my emotions come back

Im almost 4 months clean and can see a huge improvement but I still feel like when I laugh its not real. I feel like I can only fake smile :/ does this happen to anybody else or is it just me ?

and have no idea how long you've been on Klonopin , if you did a taper or cold turkey.

you mentioned taking a .5mg dose yesterday.

The emotional blunting starting going away for me around the 6 month mark.  My emotional range continues to improve.

Yeah...I have moments where I smile but I don't really feel like doing it but more so there are times where I do smile and laugh and I do mean it it takes time so you're not alone.

For me the huge upswing took place during month 7 and now a month later everyday more emotions come back. I have actual laughter  and enjoyment at this point. Hang in there

I feel like I'm on the fence right now! Yesterday I was thinking about how much I loved someone and actually felt it! I have felt emotionally dead for a long time! It might be coming back now, at almost 7 months!!

Great question!  I feel flat but I'm only a week off the Ativan.  I'm so glad you brought this up.  There have been times when I wondered where my joy and enthusiasm went and I've blamed it on myself.  It's reassuring to realize that the drug did it and I can come back from it.  YAY!
