I been almost 4 months clean from klonopins but im scared because I took .5 mg of klonopin today. Will it prolong the withdrawal ?

Hi dee22, and welcome to BenzoBuddies.  We're glad you found us.  Congratulations on getting off klonopin.  A one time dose won't prolong withdrawal, but it is not a good idea because "rescue doses" are likely to lead to reinstatement.  Here are a few links you'll find useful:

Welcome  look at it as a one time rescue dose.  Now you know how it makes you feel...."scared". No, it should not prolong your withdrawal. I would try to stay away from any more. I don't think you want to relive those 4 months again.
