4th week of crossover from 3MG Ativan to 30MG Valium...Feeling more anxious

I am now finishing my 4th week of a crossover from 3MG Ativan to 30 MG Valium. The first 3 weeks were fine but on the 4th week, I am feeling more anxiety and tightness in my stomach. I am now on 20MG Valium and 1MG Ativan. Tomorrow, I go to .5MG Ativan and 25MG Valium. I felt feelings of panic that I have not felt in a while. Is my body is missing the effects of the Ativan? any thoughts?
