Foot pain. Withdrawal or something else

Paranoid again. My left foot has been hurting for about two months. On the top of my foot, below the toes but on the pinky toe side. I did not hurt it, there is no swelling, no discoloration, very hard to pinpoint a spot where the pain is exactly when pushing on it. I have gone to the doctor so much it has become embarrassing, so sure something is wrong and then nothing. I am greatful for that, but know I look like a nut case. Has anyone had anything like this at all? It's just the one side

Hi Jen

I always advise members to check these things out, just in case its something else but I had very painful feet, also had skin peeling around my toes. I couldn’t wear anything on my feet. When the peeling stopped and my toes got better. My feet were still very painful, I couldn't stand any kind of pressure on them.  I bought myself some backless canvas shoes, at least they helped me get out.

It does get better and it will all go away one day, hang in there

This is just one of many, I know it’s a common symptom because I searched it many times myself

Foot and calf pain?

I had severe ft pain while in tol wd before I knew what was happening. Was dx with plantar fasciitis and spent lots on boots, night splints, rubs, meds, all kinds of stuff. Nothing worked. The bottom of my ft are now better but I have a lot of pain in my ankles and right above them on both legs. Nothing is wrong with them  :idiot: Heat helps in any form and stretching :smitten:

Hi Jen,

During my first month off, my left ankle used to be in pain from a "burning" sensation. Although I run everyday, I did not sprain my ankle.  It went away after a month.

My left foot has been giving me problems too the last 2 months i dont know what caused this i thought maybe because i wore some shoes a day or 2 that i hadnt worn in several years my dr wasnt too helpfull he just said to wear some gel inserts on my shoes , the pain is really bad on my left foot at my heel  as soon as i stand up from sitting awhile it goes away after a few minutes it doesnt hurt much if im standing already like earlier i was ok with pushing a lawnmower for over an hour

Thank you all for the replies. Some days are worse than others. Last night the pain was barely tolerable, then after a few hours it just went away. I'm about to start cutting again in a week, have been holding for a long time but at least want to get past my upcoming menstrual cycle before doing that as symptoms are always ten times worse for that week. Kinda figured this was just part of withdrawal. I swear, if it's not one thing it's another
