High heart rate after excersize

Anyone after nine months get a high heart rate if they excersize? What does ur dr say? It's really odd!

Yeah completely normal to get revved doing fast movements or exercise sports running ect it will fade it can last over a year or so and get better and better happy. I get it if i Ru. Up the stairs to fast or exercise quickly. Sensitive cns
