Anxiety from boredom

Ok so, I'm seriously bored, which I think is why I've gotten into so much trouble in the past and now I'm sitting around constantly googling benzo withdrawal, waiting for the other shoe to drop. And the ridiculous thing about that is I don't feel alk that awesome but I don't feel as crappy as I expected to. I know this is totally counter productive, but when I try to think of things to do, I'm at a loss. It's actually very surprising how much the Xanax made me totally numb to boredom. I have always considered myself busy and fun, but not so much lately. I NEED something to do. Boredom and I don't mesh well.
