Normal withdrawal feelings?

Hmmm, days where u feel like you are going crazy...alternating with days where u feel a bit better.

Constantly restless, but not motivated to do anything...

The need to run away from something...but there is nothing there...

Normal??

Oh my gosh I feel the same! I think it's normal. I'm pretty sure like everything else my Xanax numbed me out to how bored I was feeling. It's like having to relearn everything! I don't know what to do!

What you described is also what I get. The roller coaster of good/bad is stressful - many members here have what you are talking about. I am reading about how to manage thoughts (which lead to anxiety/panic etc.). There is a lot of good info on how to kick out upsetting thoughts and how to replace them with calm or good thoughts - all in the hope of lowering symptoms. I feel better by cutting out all stress (I changed grocery stores, my bank, etc. and went to businesses where there are less problems). Cutting out all the little stressers was a huge help to me. Sending support. Feel better.  :)

Yes, restless and on edge. Yet dont want to do anything. Scared yet blah. Its so uncomfortable, like Im going crazy but then I look around and all looks well. Its the weirdest sensation.

Yea I have days were I am markedly depressed especially if I have a rough night sleeping and feel like I could go crazy.  It's a scary feeling and for that moment it feels pretty hopeless.  Fortunately tuffing it out the feelings subside and the next day I feel better.  It cycles and I pray for a window when this happens.

Very well said!

Yes, it is so annoying to wake up to a bad day after a good day. However, I try and appreciate that I am having some good days and just be gentle with myself on a bad day, change plans, and just allow myself to "be". I also get the restless-but-there-is-nothing-I-can-do phase too.
