I am at

 

.5 mg Xanax 8-8:30 am

.25 mg 1:30 ish

.25 mg 6:30 ish

.5 around 11:00 pm

 

You said that at one time you were close to where I am now. Did you eventually go down to 3 doses and then two doses and eventually one dose a day?

 

I very much am grateful that I have little to no anxiety in the afternoons, especially evenings and would like to keep it that way as long as possible. I am thinking of making the first cuts ( very small ) when I am taking the . 5 mg pills.

 

Were you ok when you cut out the pm doses if that's how you did it?

 

What do you think? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I know that it should be .0625 cuts.
