I added 3.5  mg Remron because I have been depressed- took it before for a few days when I was on K ( have crossed  using Ashton method) to V.

So I slept great but was a hungry zombie for all the next day- slept 14 hours and not rested.

I don't think  ( at least for me) it works well with V

I am always looking for a magic bullet to feel normal- so far no AD helps - some make it worse. Trazadone I take when I can't sleep but it does not touch the depression.

Remeron really doesn't have any AD properties at such low doses.  15-30 mg/day is considered a therapeutic dose for depression.  And the AD effect generally takes 10days-2 weeks to kick in.

I gave up months ago trying other meds and supplements. They all made me worse and I just focus on my diet now since certain foods make me feel worse. I wish there was a magic bullet too.
