Can't sleep!

Ugh I'm SO annoyed right now! I was on the verge of drifting off into some sleep when my dog woke me up!! I used to sleep like the freaking dead and now I can't sleep. I'm in such an uncomfortable place when I wake up like this, u feel like electric pulse in my arms and legs. Any advice on natural sleep remedies?

I used to have some luck with a recording called 'Ocean Waves'... no foghorns or seagulls, just crashing waves.  It helped when nothing else did.
